Five week old kitten seems to be blind

Hi, I'm posting for a friend.

She has a five week old kitten that seems to be blind.

He is a single.

He seems to be a helath bouncy little kitten that wants to play But relies on listening to where mom is and your voice or the sounds of your movements.

I've read that kittens can't see well for a little while after their eyes open after birth. But shouldn;'t he be able to see now?
His pupils seem to change with light

Yes, at 5 weeks he should have great eye sight.
