My poor little baby girl :(

Hello all,
I would like to thank everyone who helps me in advance here's my concerns/story.
My fur baby( Vienna) got pregnant, 6 kittens later I made sure that was to never happen again. Although an experience I enjoyed, I'm not in a hurry to go through all that again. I had her spayed, here babies were 11 weeks when I rehomed them to ensure they were all healthy and such. Now she got spayed yesterday and she still had milk. She is a bit swollen but not to bad, but her ( sorry no other way to put this) boobs are hard as rocks. She doesn't seem to be in pain, she back to her normal self but is this something I should be worried about?

I would be concerned because there could be an infection in the mammary glands if she was still producing milk when she was spayed.  I would call your vet and ask your questions.  She might need to go back to be examined.  Most of my cats were fixed young so I have not experienced this problem, but I always call my vet whenever I am concerned about any issues my cats might be having.  Everyone on here gives great advice,  but somethings are better dealt with by a vet and not an online forum.  

MidnightKitty gives good advice.  As you are paying patient, (spaying if nothing else), you can without shame nor being embarrassed phone this vet and ask for  advice (for free).

The problem as such is quite common if the kittens werent weaned before spaying or selling/ adopting out.  

Most let them dry out. But of course, there IS some risk of  mastitis or similiar inflammation, so you must look out and be observant, as you are..

Meanwhile, you can put on some quality olive oil.  Or some human  preparate for sore breasts for women.
