Mimi had three babies this morning, she went about 15 minutes between each birth.  It has been about 3 hours since the last one.  When I feel her tummy I feel something small and hard that moves, I'm guessing another baby.  There's nothing else that would be in that area is there?  I remember reading cats can get pregnant on different days and then deliver on different days, what is the longest time she should go before the next delivery?

yeah, they can pause hours and even days.   If she is apparently oK, calm, happy with her kittens, no troubles, you can wait and see.  It may be natural swellings, it may be still one more kitten - you will see.

Observe of course, but dont need to be anxious.

But if she IS in troubles of any sort - contact your vet asap.

Good luck

I was convinced after my cat had 4 babies that I could feel another in there, exact.y as you described, well they will be 3 weeks old on Monday and no more appeared lol, so she may be done

Five hours later number four arrived and a couple times after four it also felt like there could be a fifth but I've not felt the bump in over 24 hours so I think maybe it was post delivery uterine contractions, not really sure. She and the babies are doing great. Its so cute to see their bellies round and know they're getting plenty of milk.

Nice, swell and good.  :)     Congrats!

Another good way is also to weigh them every day at the same time, best on a scale measuring in grammes.    This way  you see easily if the gain as they shall, or if they dont gain...

Good luck!
