Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00 a.m. Sunday. I'm not looking forward to losing an hour's sleep.

Most of the people on the East Coast here are about to put them back..

Our State doesn't have daylight saving.

There are not many good things about being put to sick rest for a longer time, but at least I did not loose one hour from nights sleep as I could ignore the clock completely.

It must be over 15 years since I last time had a clock actually, I have relied on computer's clock but even that has been causing quite bit of stress and I have moved away from clock based living quite a bit to be able to function.

This unneeded time change thing used to be quite bad before that.
