first you have to know that I live in a third world country .. there is no shelters and no pet stores that take good care of pets

my country doesn't even care about humans .. so imagine how they feel about animals

anyways I have two cats .. and I love them to death

I live with my mom and grandmother ... my aunt lives outside the city

but she decided to come live with us for a while because she is pregnant and she want her mom and her sister to help her with everything

she said that she have allergies from cats and the doctor told her to stay away from them ... and the pregnancy could fail if she is around them

my mom decided to kick them outside the house in the street

I tried to talk her out of it and told her that I will find someone to take care of them until my aunt gives birth

but no one that I know can .. I couldn't find anyone

so my mom told me that she will keep them in a room all the time until my aunts gives birth

and they are allowed to only go in the backyard (but it's so cold and sometimes it's hot) .. and one of them doesn't like outside

my aunt is in the 7th month .. so she have around two months

am I cruel to them if I keep them in one room most of the time?

what should I do?

Keeping them inside for a couple of months is better than putting them outside. It's not ideal but they'll be OK in the long run. Try to spend a lot of time in that room with them whenever you can, and make sure they get some good playtime too (like with a laser pointer or fishing pole toy) to run off some energy.
