Our Maine Coon is very susceptible to the herpes virus.  (symptoms lead me to believe it is herpes...will get him treated with Famciclovir in a day or two, then we'll see)

When he was a kitten, he did not get the "primary series" of multiple shots or intranasal.  He got only one intranasal.  Then a booster 12 months later, then another booster 12 months after that.

Does this sound like enough?  If not, how can we remedy the lack of immunity?

Thanks much!

I would not get the FVRCP vaccination, or ask your vet to give them all separately mines the "R" part of the vaccine.  They can order them separately.  I have a herpes kitty who got all her shots before we adopted her, but we don't give her the FVRCP shot (or the rabies shot either, btw) due to her compromised immune system.  If you want to know for sure if your kitty has herpes, get the Real PCR URD test done.  It's very accurate.
