How does dehydrated food (e.g. Grace) rate compared to good canned food as far as nutrition value, hydration, etc.?

edit: where's the taurine?

- You can just go buy some and add it in, no big deal, just wondering.

-  4 lb box @ 1 lb = 1 cup = 629 kcal = ~ 3 days worth of food per lb., assuming ~ 200 kcal per day.

- 4 lbs x 3 days/lb = 12 days for $54, pre-tax,shipping?...Hmm.

-Oh, maybe that's 1 lb. rehydrated, in that case I'm way off lol.
