Dandruff

My cat Marvel has had some dandruff the last couple of weeks - I gave him a bath and have been brushing him more often and it seems to be better. I am from Southern California and the wind has been blowing, plus the season is changing - could this be why he has some dandruff? My own skin is dry so that's what I would assume, but I don't want to wait to take him to the vet if it could be something more serious.

If it is dandruff, fish oil helps.  One of my cats tolerates fish oil, the other, the picky one doesn't.  Guess who still has dandruff?
