Would like to get some info of good breeders in So Cal and what prices are on female for pets? thanks

A good breeder, would be registered with the CFA and will have a cattery license if your state requires them. You can find one through the CFA. A good breeder will probably not let you choose the gender of your cat, but instead will focus on finding a good personality match for your family and the kitten, which will be more important to them than letting you choose the gender of your kitten. 

If money is an issue (expect a well-bred kitten to set you back several hundred dollars) and you are just looking for a companion, may I suggest that you go adopt a kitten from your local animal shelter? This is kitten season. Your local animal shelters will be overflowing with unwanted litters of kittens, I imagine finding an unwanted siamese kitten would not be all that difficult. My local animal shelter just received a siamese mama with her newly born kittens yesterday. They will come home to you with their vaccinations and will be spayed/neutered and microchipped.

If you look on the CFA website they have a breeders list for Siamese and Oriental cat breeders in your area.
