LoL @MnM  , how true!  There is a striking resemblance there in the face and expression.    All @rachelinaz  ' cat needs is a little milk 'tache and loveheart.

Mouse is off and up to no good somewhere else in the apartment today.  All is quiet so I am thinking he is probably chewing some important papers of mine or something...
   Best go check.

This is Vegas as a a small kitten. This was shortly after I adopted her, so she was about five months old. I can't believe how tiny she was.

After ten months I still miss her so much. She was my gentle giant girl.

Her favorite spot. She likes to sit up here and watch the birds.
Wow, what a beautiful girl.  She looks very healthy to have been able to choose your home:  she must feel your home is safe for her babies.  Is no one missing her or ID?  She looks so lovely, but small and young to be having kittens.

Thank you. She was my neighbors cat but they were evicted and left her behind. I've had her for about a month now.

I will never understand why people will let their cats (or dogs or rabbits or whatever) breed without having any idea where their kittens are going to go. And then leaving a pregnant cat --- those people should be prohibited from even adopting a cat or any other animal. I'm glad you are adopting this lovely lady and get her fixed asap afterwards. You might want to look around right now for prospective adoptive parents for the kittens once they are old enough, who knows how many this little cat will have. Let's hope everything goes ok, she looks awfully small.

When I adopted my Capucchino, a pure bred Birman,  in the parking lot of the local "shelter" she was only about 7 months old and very pregnant. The vet took the kittens (there were 6 of them) and spayed her, he said she would probably not have survived giving birth to so many, and if she did she would not have been able to feed and care for this many. Now she is 15 years old, healthy and playful as a kitten still. Some people might frown on what they would call "abortion", in this case it saved her life as she was on her way to the "shelter" and shelters routinely "put down" pregnant cats.

Good luck with her and let us know the story of Diva and her kittens as it develops.

I find it hard to believe how people can do these things, but I guess being evicted and maybe haveing nowhere to go your self makes it harder to take a cat - but still.   She is incredibly lucky to have found you and she looks beautiful so I hope she has found afurever home with you and that her kittens will be safe too.  You are wonderful for taking her in, especially with the responsibility of her pregnancy.  She is very precious in deed and I will be looking forward to loads more photos of her - and her kittens (healthy, well and hopefully one little gray one in there too LoL).

I am glad your baby found you as a new mommy.
I panic thinking if something happened to us. Plus as much as my dog driiiives me crazy, Mew loves him and he loves Mew. Best of buddies.
I couldn't give them up or it would have to be to someone I know where I could visit.

I love all the pictures of the "baby boo boos".

Oh dear @BugsyPawsey  I fear the answer is yes.   Though it may be nothing more than that very unflattering camera angle and you are being most unkind for not deleting it, (as I seem to have done with all the remarkably similar shots I have taken of Mouse).

Hey there @kysand7  , I believe you have three very new blue kitties in your home:  congratulations!
With such a pretty momma I'm sure they are going to be adorable.  Hope we get to see some photos of them here soon.
