What used to be Rob's computer chair has recently been appropriated. But Suzy's very gracious when he wants to perch on the edge of it...

[Well, I hit submit prematurely and hadn't attached the pic. In edit I can't do an attachment, it seems, and it won't let me delete and start again, so the pic will follow in the next message...

That is too funny! Peaches does the same thing but she won't share it with me. I don't blame her. My butt is too big and the chair is too small!
I usually don't have the heart to make her move either. She's just too darn cute!

Yeah, Rob'll endure a fair bit of discomfort before he suggests that a cat move -- and they know it, too

I'm not moving. Deal with it.

Soon enough the human will stop perching on the edge and just start kneeling in front of that weird glowing thing.

Too true. Although she does snuggle up to his butt from time to time.

Nakita does exactly the same thing! First she starts out by jumping on top of the back of the chair. Then she squeezes herself between my back and the chair. Then she tries to push me a little so she gets comfortable.

If you give an inch, she'll take the whole thing as shown by the photo below! She melts into the chair....or should I say, she becomes ONE with the chair.

Here she is after she pushed me out of my own chair!

Why it's Suzy's chair of course! ROFL

I'm a big mean mom.....I pick them up out of the chair and place them in my lap when I want to take over their chairs. They usually don't get too upset with me.....

That would probably work with Cindy -- it certainly does on the bed -- and perhaps Fawn, too. However, despite the fact that Suzy has been known to climb into Rob's lap in that very chair, she SOOOOOOOO hates being picked up, and is SUUUUUUUUCH a fuss-budget, that I suspect she'd depart in a 6-cylinder huff if he tried that.
