I have a 4 month old female kitten shes normally in good health destroying the house and ripping us apart with those teeth and claws and ive never had to take her to the vet (except the routine stuff)

Recently she has been sleeping a lot more than usual she would normally sleep around 16 hours out of the day but now she is sleeping almost all day and we only get a few hours of play out of her.

She is still eating, drinking and using the litter box with no issues but i have noticed she has lost a few teeth could she have any health issues that need vet attention or is it just a teething thing ??

Also I have had cats in the past but it was so long ago that I had a kitten I cant remember any issues like this in the past

Ummmm....... Kittens do sleep a lot but generally they sleep, play, sleep, play, sleep, play all day long.
If her teething was the problem I would expect her to be eating less as well as the sleeping more.

If it was me I would get her checked over by a vet just to make sure everything is ok ;) and to put my mind at ease

If she's sleeping more than usual, something's either off or she might be getting ready for a growth spurt.  Normally, I don't recommend a run to the vet unless they're not eating, drinking, playing, and eliminating normally.  However, this is a bit perplexing, so at the least, call the vet's office and ask what they think.
