Cane across someone who has a pregnant cat..this cats mother is pregnant as well. No cats or kittens in the household are fixed or vaccinated. Need to get 300 dollars ASAP to save pregnant cat and kittens. People who have them now have put a "price tag" on all and won't settle for less. Accepting donations via Paypal if anyone can help?
Thanks:)

It seems that if you pay them $300 to "rescue" all their cats, they will just get more cats and do the same thing again.  Are they purebreds?  Is this a backyard breeder?

To all members, a reminder that it is YOUR responsibility to check out these solicitors to the best of your ability. Ask for references, phone numbers, call around the area and find out if this is a legitimate cause or a scam.

Not sure where you live, but instead of trying to collect donations for this person, try looking for a local county Trap/Neuter/Return Organization. They have experienced volunteers for situations such as this and be willing to assist this person in getting all of the cats/kittens neutered. That is of the utmost importance at this point - not supplying her with money. See if you can make some calls to these types of organizations on her behalf.

Thank you so much for trying to help these cats and doing right by them. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

These are people who do not care about getting their cats and kittens spayed neutered or vaccinated. There is no bargaining with a breeder and I'm affiliated with multiple rescues. They cannot do anything past what I can do. They're not police and even if so what they are doing is not illegal just not safe.

If this is just a backyard breeder, find out if they are selling cats with registrations.  If so, find out what registry or registries they use and you might get somewhere by reporting them to the registry itself.  There is a forum on here for ETHICAL CAT BREEDERS, so you  might try checking in with them.   If they are just plain backyard breeders selling kittens without papers (you didn't mention the breed), there's not much you can do other than check your local laws and see if there is any limit on the number of animals that can be housed in one place, or if there is any registration required for breeders in the city or county you live in.  Most places DO have limits but they are never enforced unless someone files a complaint, in which case they will usually send Animal Control out to check on the situation.

That is really very disturbing to hear how irresponsible and uncaring (and uneducated) these people really are. Such a sad shame and I hope you can get through to them. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

And, you will not be getting any support from anyone on this forum as far as donations to help people such as them who are selling kittens/cats. Hopefully others within your rescue group can reach out to them to help them see the error of their ways with these cats and since you say that you are affiliated with many rescues, then start there asking for help.
