The day before before yesterday I spotted a pretty little kitty in the parking lot of my apartment complex, she looks a bit like a siamese, except that she's got three different colors, she's got brown on her back, black around her face and ears and a black tail and green eyes. when I went outside to go to the store, she ran right up to me, meowing and purring and wanting petted, so I went back to  get her some food, because every time I see a stray kitty I usually feed them lol. Anyway, she followed me and was all too happy to invite herself in, until she saw my kitty and got nervous and bolted back outside, so I left the food outside for her and didn't see her again for the rest of the day. Yesterday morning at about 5 in the morning, my cat was running around like a moron which he usually doesn't do, so it woke me up, I went downstairs and heard something squawking outside my door, there was the little stray again, wanting love -_- , so I fed her again and she ate like she was starving and i went back to bed and didn't see her again for the rest of the day.

It wasn't until this morning that I realized she may be pregnant, she rolled over onto her back and I noticed that her nipples were fairly large, like, I could see them  through her fur, she let me touch her belly and I realized that not only are they pretty big compared to the spayed females I've been around.

She  doesn't have any kind of bulge yet but her nipples are big, pink and look like they're flaking, does that mean she's pregnant? or could she have kittens somewhere?

Any unspayed female with access to males will be pregnant right about now :/. It's possible they were already born. Will she let you feel her belly? If so, if she's still pregnant she should feel firm in the belly, you might even feel lumpy babies if she's pretty far along. If she is nursing, you should be able to feel the milk bags under the teats and she might even be damp from leaking milk or kitten mouths.

I'm starting to think the stray kitty has a home, maybe? I saw her for the first time this morning since the day I posted the thread, so she hadn't come around in almost a week, she acted pretty skittish too, didn't want much to do with me, even when I sat on the porch step, but I did get a good enough look at her to see that she is certainly pregnant and has grown a fairly noticeable bulge in her tummy since I saw her last, are they supposed to grow that fast? I got permission from my land lord to set a box out on my porch in case she wants to have her kittens here.

You cant take her inside?   If so, the recommended course of action would be:

Set upp messages found - IF she has owners.

Take her to your vet - for an overall check up, and so the vet will see if she has delivered kittens, or is "just" pregnant.

If she is pregnant -  you perhaps want to spay her NOW?   Not pleasant, but fully possible.

Vet will also deworm her.

OK, you take her home, to her own room (may be your bathroom).   If she is healthy and your resident friendly, you can probably let them met quite soon, but dont rush things.  When it is time to deliver,  you will prob isolate her. But if they had become best buddies,  resident may perhaps be allowed to be near...

Anyway, a vet check up is useful, the vet will also tell you if she is pregnant, or has delivered.

Because, if she has delivered, you dont want to kidnap her inside...

Tx for caring!

Good luck!
