Tonight when we gave her meds one stitch open at the end of the cut. It had some blood some but now it look pus coming out of it. She looks like she is sleeping but her eyes are open. But the first the thing that got me worrying this....I know she is very skinny cause of not eating and all but it doesn't look right. I am going to try to get her in to see the vet tomorrow and hope it not something bad because as it is I am crying right now. It hurts me to know she is hurt! Does anyone know what might be going on?

I'm sorry your cat isn't feeling well. I hope by now she is at the vets. Had she been picking at her stitches?
If she doesn't want to eat, you may need to syringe feed her. Ask the vet for instructions (lots of videos online how to do it) and/or some appetite stimulants.

Shes been eating since the surgery, it was that she wasn't eating before and didn't know it. She is at the vet now...found out she needs another surgery but she cant have it yet. They want to wait till she is stronger and heals from the first. We have to watch her and give her meds till she can have the next surgery. Its just hard cause I am disabled and not a lot of money for the bills so just hoping if we keep making payments they will work with me!

No she wasn't messing with her stitches. They opened last night because of her fighting us on thanking her meds!

What other surgery does she need?  Can you put her pills in pill pockets or mix with her food or anything so she doesn't fight you?  I'm guessing she's on antibiotics and possibly pain pills?  Some cats fight like the dickens when being pilled
.  Obviously yours is one of them.  I had one like that too.  I worked up such a sweat every time he needed dosing.  Finally I learned the only way to get them in him was to hide them in some kind of treat.  And he was wise to me, so I would have to give him a couple of non "spiked" treats, then toss him one that had the pill in it, then give another plain one
.

Does your Vet take Care Credit?  If so, you can apply for it and I think it's actually interest free for the first year.  Here's their website:  http://www.carecredit.com/vetmed/

Hi,

I had to look up Pyometra, I had never heard of that before. I'm so sorry that she isn't feeling well and that she will need another operation. I have no advice, but please know that I will keep your little one in my thoughts and prayers!

In the pic up there that is fluid that is building up not sure what else will need to be done. We tried everything but thing has worked out so the days the vet is open they will give the meds to her for free. Shes on both!

We still have 8 female 2 year old's to get fixed to having my mom help me out with taking them in for me. So hope they don't get it. From what I get is that a lot of cat that don't get fixed will get sick and this is one of the things that happens to them.
