I don't know the shampoo, but, if you're worried, just re-wash your hair with your ordinary shampoo.

It reminds me of a time  back in the 80s when perms were in and I'd just had one done.  It came to the first time to wash my hair and I grabbed the shower curtain cleaner instead of my after-perm shampoo!  It didn't do the perm much good...

I'd have rewashed my hair, too!

Many years ago, I was getting ready for work.....second shift and I waited til the last minute, so I was in a hurry. Finished doing my hair and wanted to spray a bit of hair spray before leaving. And I reached for the can of Indoor NO!, which is a cat pee deterrent (Hydrox had a tendency to spray from time to time) and sprayed my hair. When the stuff that came out of the can was white foam, I stopped dead. Looked at the can. And started cussing a blue streak. I had to take another shower to rewash my hair. I made it to work with literally seconds to spare.

It might have peroxide in it if it's for whitening? Hey, a new look for you without spending big bucks at the hairdresser! :lol3:

I wouldn't use it on the cat unless it specifically mentions cats on the bottle. Even then, cats don't need bathing much.

I'm sure your landlord does not mean the cats themselves... they don't smell.

It seems it's far more likely they mean cat litter.  Or they're imagining things.

Please don't ever use dog products on cats. Some ingredients can be toxic to one species but not to another.

By the way, cats shouldn't smell. It's probably worth a thread in its own right in the Cat Care forum though :)
