I need a little help~!

So! 64 days into pregnancy and nothing hinting towards labor.

How can I tell she is dilated?

The kittens are moving a lot. Can it be moving into birthing positions?

She still plays like a regular cat. When I go outside with her, she runs around like crazy in my big yard and then I bring her back in after 5-10 minutes. Is it bad for to be that active?

~~~~Sorry for so many questions, please try to answer them. I'm a first time pregnant cat owner and have done my share of research.~~~~
Today seems to be the day!
She has this brown discharge. Its not like a leak. Its just stuck on her fur. It looks like that gooey thing that some cats produce near the eyes. Its not stringy or anything. Does it have to be stringy?
@Libbers  She did not give birth yet! I am waiting. The waiting game is terrible. The kittens move around like crazy in there. She is now 66 days pregnant. She is currently sleeping and purring when she sees me. I message her belly (she loves it and starts purring when I do that) and observe the kittens moving. I think she will be having 4 kittens.
~I need some advice!
 It will be so cool if they are born today, St. Patricks day.
The waiting game is the worst! I currently have two very pregnant cats that I am just fostering until their kittens are ready to go to their forever homes, because they were both dropped off and abandoned! So anyway, considering I got them after they were pregnant and showing I have no idea how for along they are! At least 6 weeks because I can feel the kittens moving, but for all I know they could be in their ninth week!
I would love to hear your cats experience with labor, might help me recognize my cats when they they go in labor!
She looks huge! So I'm sure she will have at least 4 kittens!
Hope that you're able to finally meet the kitties today!
@Libbers  I will let you know! However, I might not be home when she does. I'll post the pictures up so you can see if I come home to it. :)
Labor soon??????
  Mama is 67 days pregnant on my watch. She was hungry and now that I have fed her... She is beginning to act so quiet... She is like closing herself. Her belly is HUGE (now) and the kittens are hardly moving. I would see one kick which is odd because I usually see plenty. She wants to sit on her tummy instead of on her sides. Today is a cold day so it might be to warm herself up. I felt her belly and it was real firm. I think I could feel the butt or head of a kitten because a specific spot feels really firm and round (almost pops out).
What does this mean!?
Can it be the cold that is holding her back from giving birth?
LABOR SIGNS AT DAY 70! *EXCITED* She won't eat and she is breathing rapidly. If I leave the room, she gets up. When I come back, she lays back into her nesting bed. :D
She keeps doing that purr like meow. And she keeps moving and feels uncomfortable. Also, she is cleaning herself right now. She has become 10000X more affectionate, even with the older kitten (who she would always smack). I think she has been waiting for em to get home because when I got home, she started meowing.
