Yesterday my cat gave birth and got 6 kittens. And i even put her a bowl of fresh goat milk. She loved it and drank it all up. Today a gave her another bowl and she also drank it but i noticed her making some strange noises that she has never done before it was like a grunting purr. Is that normal?

I suppose so.  Cats can have quite a few sounds if they need, some of them they use very rarely.

As she ate both bowls to the bottom I suppose she was happy with this goat milk.    :)

Good luck!

Does it sound like a mix between a purr and a growl? Lilith has been doing something that sounds like that..I call it her 'burbling'. It seems to just be a way for her to let the kittens know she's nearby when she's eating and can't meow.

I have heard it called "yargling"  I, also, believe it is to reassure the kittens.
