Right now the 3 adults are getting 1/8 cup of kibble twice a day and 1/4 of a 5oz can of food watered down. They are getting a total of 149.5 calories a day....that sees like to little to me? Their body conditions are great except the one hes more prone to weight gain.

The kittens (5,5,6 and 7 months) are getting 1/4 cup twice a day plus 1/4 can of a 5oz can of food watered down. This total is 261 calories a day for the kittens.

Are all my cats getting enough calories? Here are their weights

Riot 4 years - 9.2lbs

Cynder 2 years- 12.2lbs

Nyx 10 months- 9lbs

Rayden 7 months- 9.2lbs

Flynn 6 months- 7.8lbs

Riley 5 months- 7.6lbs

Buddy 5 months- 8lbs

Their body condition is great I can feel ribs easily, they have a waist tuck. But they always act hungry. Im wondering if I should bump the adults up to 1/8th of a cup and a 1/4 of a cup then their 1/4 can that would bring them up to 205 calories a day??

Depends on the food. Not all foods are created equal. I feed Orijen six fish for the dry stuff. That has 500 kcals per cup. Meow Mix has 360 kcals per cup. You have to feed more Meow Mix to meet your cat's nutritional needs.

The rule of thumb seems to be 20 - 30 kcals, per pound of body weight per day. So, it should be about 184 calories for a 9.2 pound cat. This is presuming a fully grown, adult cat. Kittens need more as they are growing. You may want to feed a little more if your cat is very active too, or a little less if your cat is a couch potato.

I would agree about the food itself. While about 20 calories per pound of ideal body weight is a good starting daily average for adult indoor neutered cats, the food composition matters. Cats feel more satisfied eating animal protein and fat, so foods that are higher in carbohydrates may not be as satisfying even though it's the same amount of calories. Which dry and wet foods are you feeding?
