A used Aeron. I've been using it for 4 years, and it was used for 10 years before that. Not exactly "super comfy", but great for long hours of programming.

At my office desk on a swivel chair, armless. I took them off because my arms and hands would go numb from resting my elbows on it. Repetitive stress issues!
