It's an okay food, in my opinion. It's good that it is wet food.
I fed raw, so I'm not an expert in canned food. But what puzzled me (perhaps other people can tell me why) is that liver are the first two ingredients. Chicken is the third ingredient. Also, it seems a little low in fat.
"Water sufficient for processing, pork liver, chicken liver, chicken, pork by-products, salmon, wheat flour, wheat gluten, gelatin by-product, powdered cellulose, natural flavors, corn starch modified, calcium sulfate, guar gum, potassium chloride, sodium tripolyphosphate....."
I can advise with some assurance that as much as your cat may love this food, it isn't a good idea to feed a cat only one brand/flavor of food. Your cat can get 'addicted' to it (Ritz was addicted to Fancy Feast Classic seafood), Also sometimes manufacturers discontinue a brand/flavor without notice or change the product slightly ("NEW! IMPROVED!!"), and your cat may then go on a hunger strike.

Um, dry food isn't that great either, full of carbohydrates and excess calories and sometimes questionable ingredients. What brand of dry do you feed. (Where do you live--sometimes what is available in the USA isn't available in other countries.)
Since your cat obviously likes the Royal Canin brand, maybe he'd like other flavors within the same brand.

There are some other members who live in Israel that might be able to help you.
The kind you feed at least has a real meat as the first ingredient, but I personally don't like all the rice.
I feed raw, and don't know much more than what I've told you. So hopefully other posters will chime in.
Meanwhile, here is a thread about good grain free foods. http://www.thecatsite.com/t/273030/inexpensive-grain-free-dry-food I'm not sure which ones you can get in Israel.
