fathercat looks ill and is in my shed

I have no money, and no credit I can tap. He's always been to savvy to trap, but right now he's in my shed, and we gave him some cooked turkey-looks like a herpes outbreak?

Animal control is closed right now but I was wondering about calling tomorrow to have them pick him up. In my region they work with Petsmart to adopt out animals, and the various rescue agencies take animals from them too. I don't think he's so far gone that he'd be euuthenized, but he definitely looks like he needs antibiotics, revolution and a warm bed.

Should I close the shed doors tonight, or let him leave and come back? It's only an aluminum shed and I don't know if he'd be warm enough overnight.....he's probably got someplace warmer that he takes shelter at night, as I usually only see the stray family in the day time....

Do you have a possibility to get a blanket to him?   Push it through the door, or maybe even throw in?

Or if you have a cat cube or similiar, throw it in...

I mean, in this case he would be warm and comfortably still at your place.

Otherwise, phone and do discuss with this Animal control, what they can do...  They may perhaps give you tips for other groups nearby who can help out.
