Be gentle, it's been years!

It's not quite finished.. my back was hurting and had to take a break from it.

She's a little too red on her head, she's really more brown, but I kind of like it. I want to finish that grey-ish corner, it's.. bleh. Im not sure if I want to put her name on her tag, or "Love" or something.

What do you guys think so far? i think its about 90% Complete. Acrylic on 8x10 canvas.

I wish I could draw or paint.
I haven't got a artistic bone in my body. I struggle with stick men LOL :flail:

I think you did an amazing job! You mentioned your back hurting. I hope you are feeling better. I know that when I start to feel the pain art or problem solving kinda takes my mind off of it. Please post the finished product. You are truly gifted!

thank you all!

My back was hurting from painting for 2 hours straight without taking mini breaks! It feels better now

Will paint more later or tomorrow.

That's very good! I used to draw way back when, but haven't done any in a very long time (decades). I do mostly computerized art these days.

I love it!

I don't have much time for painting these days; but it can be so relaxing. You can lose yourself in it for a while. I've never tried painting an animal or person; I would think that's more difficult than a landscape.

Please do post the finished product!!
