I would babysit, but your Angel looks like a handful.  Its always the"good looking ones" that give you all the trouble.   And I am only basing this opinion because of that photo you posted in "caption this" with Angel and the Christmas Tree......ahhh.....It looked like he was going to open those wrapped presents.  It made me laugh.

LOL!!!! Thanks. That's funny!  No, he's actually a really good boy. He doesn't jump up on counters etc... only a few times when I hadn't gotten his food down to him in time, or he thinks something I had out is still up there. I'd say he's only done it maybe less than 10 times in the almost 5 yrs. I've had him.  He makes me laugh when he gets the crazies, "galloping" from room to room, or playing soccer w/ one of his ping pong balls, or mousies.
LOL...."when he gets""THE CRAZIES"".... that is hilarious.   I think I will have to use that one.

My 14yr old Spotty tuxedo cat just now came out of retirement to play "the ping pong game".  However it seems it is much more fun for him, since he justs lays in his cat bed and shoots the ball out in all directions.   I have to go to fetch it.

I would much rather he plays according to Angel's rules and does that "galloping" thing.....lol...

*UPDATE!

I found a car today!!!!!
My sister & mom went with me. As I said, my sister has done this more often, (I had my car for 15 yrs) than me & more recently. Not to mention she used to be my insurance agent!

She's 3 yrs younger than me, but she was the "older sister" today because of more experience. I called her "The Boss" today.
She dealt w/ the car sales men great!

We went to about 4-5 different places & ended up finding something at one that was referred to us by someone at mom's church, who had a good experience there.

I found a 2007 Toyota Corolla. Silver It's in great shape. No accidents etc.. on the Car facts. It only had 86400 miles, so pretty good for an '07. Only had two owners, first was a rental, then bought by someone in '07.

Drove great.  Because of a good credit score, I was able to get a good rate, @ 3.49%. It was $8995.00, I have money from my car settlement for a down payment, so w/ all of that,my payments

are where I needed them to be at $150.81/mo!  It's for 60 months, unless I can pay more at times. I didn't want a car payment for that long, but to have payments where I can afford them, along w/

my insurance going up a little because it's newer than my last car, It's a good deal!

I put a little down today for them to hold it until Monday, when we can go to the bank & get the rest of the down payment, everything in order etc..

I will take some pictures when I get it home, & post them for you!

Thank you all for the prayers & vibes!

This was an answered prayer indeed!!!

(Oh, & my big ugly bruise is almost gone. It's down to a faded green & yellow, but can still feel a knot underneath. My elbow is still a little sore, but not to bad, as long as I don't rest it on the table, bump it or anything.)

Congratulations!! We had a great experience with our Toyota! I think it was 12 years old when we traded it in and it was still in ok shape. The car salesman said it would make someone a good first car. :) It was sad letting it go though; DH picked me up for our first date in it. It had a great spot for his breath mints... LOL

Thanks everyone!!  Yes, it does feel better to have that taken care of!  (well, almost anyway)

Monday will be a busy day. Mom & I will go to the bank & get the rest of the down payment, then take my rental back, & then we can go get my new car!

Sweet Ride.   Congratulations!   Make sure you read up on the owner's manual, unlike my friends who prefer to be surprised by all the new lights, cubby holes, and "where's the jack" in this thing-like questions.

Oh, but they do know how to program the radio stations, because I guess they figure that is crucial to the driveability of a car. LOL.  They forget about ever opening the hood to look at where the fluids go and make sure they are topped up.

I'm not saying this is you, (who may refuse to read an owner's manual) and I too have not yet finished reading mine, because they ARE so boring, but still it contains some good info.
 Happy Driving.

Thanks, yes, I will have to check it out. I hope it comes w/ the car. i didn't see one in the glove box when we were test driving it, so maybe they take it out for safe keeping until it sells.

Oh, you may be right.  Sometimes they get lost or thrown out, but that's okay, because in this day and age,  everything is ONLINE....lol.

You can then choose to be like those I know.....Everyday is like Christmas....in that they tell me they just found out something new about their cars.....some new light, or hidden button.  It makes it more fun that way.

They do not like to read manuals for electronic gadgets either.  hmmm.

Yes, that thing looks showroom.  Now, you gotta just add your personal touches and away you go.  I had to put dollar store coloured stickers on the window and lock buttons on my 2004 elantra, because I kept hitting the wrong buttons.  I still press the wrong buttons and my passengers make comments on the colourful stickers, but I like them. LOL.

Do you have to put any special vitamin E cream or anything on those bruises to make them heal faster?  Any herbal remedies?

Thanks everyone! Yes, it drives nice. I just have to get used to the power. (My other cars were older, so weren't.) I feel like I barley touch the pedal, & it takes off. It's going to take some time to get used to it & adjust.

I took it by my mechanic's today to show it to them, (his wife works the desk), & they put it up on the rack & took a look for me. It has a new oil pan, & that's about it. Said it looked good!

@cat nap, LOL! Yes, my bruise is just about gone! It's only a faint yellow now. I have been putting Arnica on it like crazy! .........& my elbow, & my arms! My arms are still a little sore from reaching out to the railings to stop myself. Arnica works great!  I am giving a fellow friend/massage therapist a massage tomorrow, & then I get mine on Friday! Can't wait!! SO need it!!

I also may have another house cleaning client! My parents knew someone who was looking & he gave them his number for me to call him!

I am already booked Tues-Thurs.'s with all my biweeklies, & have a monthly I do on Fridays, when they call me. This guy wants biweekly, so now I will be almost completely booked if I get /take that one!

My sister also has a friend that was asking about once a month visits!   I'll be glad to have the extra work, especially w/ a car payment now but,..........."I'm gonna need more massage trades!"

Congrats on both the new car and more business!  Glad to hear you're healing up nicely, too.
