Hello! I'm a meowmy of two now three-year old British Shorthair siblings, Sterling and Ember. They are sweethearts! My husband and I started out looking for one cat and found these two and just couldn't separate them. Our house is filled with the meows, purrs, and kitty paw tracks for sure now.
I found this wonderful site a few weeks ago when I was looking up some tips for Sterling's diarrhea problems (now nearly solved with Metamucil and meds). There were so many helpful threads, articles, and posts that I couldn't believe my eyes. Thanks to my vet's advice as well as some tips from members here, I have been gradually transitioning both kitties to a raw home-cooked diet and so far everything has been going well. We are taking baby steps but I know it will be worth it in the end.
And this is Sterling, my blue baby, who looks lonely but really isn't.
Thank you and I look forward to posting more here- I love this site already!
