Hi everyone I'm a long time cat owner , we at the moment have a british short hair black and white 16 year old male cat called sweep and a 7 month old bengal cross female kitten called poppy , we have not long had to have our Persian cat who was 16 put to sleep :-(

I've never had problems with litter training and non of my cats have ever sprayed or left a mess anywhere in my house, nor have they damaged furniture by scratching it , I've been very lucky , although my new kitten is now giving me stress with strange behaviour .

We live in England . And we have no other pets but the 2 cats and 2 fish , so we can offer advise in someway but need a little help in others , any long time bengal cat owners I would love some feed back , many thanks

Hi Laura your cats very sweet she looks very much like a Norwegian Forest Cat to me. , one of the most endearing features of the Norwegian Forest Cat is its beautiful temperament. These gentle, laid-back cat is very intelligent and fun loving, energetic and sociable, yet not too demanding, and they make excellent family pets. If they go out, they will not feel the cold, but problems could arise as they will defend their territory vigorously. However, they have adapted well to indoor life, although will need exercise which can be achieved from playing with their owners, and also with a range of toys. They are good with children and will appreciate other feline company, or even a dog, so long as new arrivals are introduced carefully. Hope this helps :-)
