Question of the Day: Monday, Feb 17, 2014

In the US today is a holiday.  I didn't remember that till I saw all the pictures of my friends doing things with their kids today since they don't have school.  In this house; it's a normal day.  That means laundry.  And searching the house for discarded socks.  It's my DD's job to find socks.  Especially any that are under the couch.  So along those lines:

What kind of socks do you have on today? 

Mine are the sporty anklet ones; white with a pink toe and pink heel.  It's a comfy sock kind of day.  But I'm looking to being barefoot all summer.  

Plain ole Hanes cushion crew in white. I'm so boring.

I am not a big unique sock person. Nope... boring sock person here! :lol3: They are either black or white - anklets or crew socks. Yep - boring.

  I've got my red n white knitted house booties with fleece lining on coz I haven't got out of my PJs all day.    Cozy feet. Mmmhmm.

My husband and I both wear the same-gray crew.  I like they don't ever look dirty and do not have to use bleach.

We went out earlier so that's what I have on. Otherwise it would be colored fuzzy socks. :nod:

Extra-thick fuzzy red socks - it's chilly today! 

Short socks to go with my sneakers.

In the summer I wear very-low-cut no-show cushion socks with sneakers (I have to wear closed-toe shoes at work. On my own time I only wear sandals with no socks). In the winter I wear wool blend hiking socks with waterproof Keen boots.

Brrr, its cold outside, mine are smartwool, today blue with fuchsia stripes  every day with ugg slippers, I work as a nanny and wear my slippers all day, they have a kitty too!

32C here (90F) and air you could drink, so definitely sockless!

So jealous.  The fur-kids and I are just dying for that kind of weather. Right now it’s about 58 F, so not that cold.

lt was a holiday here in Ontario too - Family Day. l had to work though, so l wore my usual black cushy-bottomed socks, since l'm on my feet for 12 hours.
