Ok so I have had my cats since they were 12 weeks old, a female Cindy and a male (we thought he was female when we picked him out) Blutee.  My daughters favorite Disney princess is Sleeping Beauty but she always said Cindy Blutee (hence their names).  Now Cindy is pregnant because we never got around to getting them fixed.  I have a few questions about this pregnancy.  Number 1 can anyone tell how far along she is (I don't think she is past the 4 week mark because she still has some hair around her nipples, but she might be approaching that mark very soon) , and Number 2 if Blutee was the one who got her pregnant since they are siblings that came from the same litter will the kittens have birth defects.  Also she is very small little longer than a foot but not quite a foot and a half, and only weighed about 5lbs pre pregnancy could giving birth be dangerous for her?

she is eating all the time now and not as cuddly, though wanting to move around as much

Nipple View

I had to sit her up for this one

Comparison between Cindy and Blutee (keep in mind they came from same littler) they wouldn't sit next to each other

We were way off base, she is delivering now we have one kitty already, but I think something may be wrong because the one that is out is already dry and fluffy but my queen's stomach is still hard and there doesnt seem to be anything coming out except blood.  What should I do?? HELP HELP HELP

It is normal for there to be a pause between kittens and also for a small amount of blood loss BUT obviously you need to be certain what is happening is not primal, so is she actively pushing with nothing happening? This would be a cause for concern but if she is fairly calm with no pushing this is ok, similarly if there is a lot of blood loss this is also not good so more information is needed really? If she's actively pushing with no baby appearing or is losing a lot of blood then it's vets immediately otherwise give her a little longer and see how she is.

Please don't panic but do get hold of an emergency vet's number and call them if you feel this is taking too long.

If this is her first pregnancy, it's possible that she only had one kitten. However, you should be seeing the placenta coming out too, not just the kitten. Momma cats usually eat the placenta so if you weren't keeping constant watch it's also possible that she ate it and all is well.

Like @Mum2Daisy  said, if she seems calm and not distressed, let her be. If it looks like she's still having contractions and is trying to push, but nothing is coming out, call your vet immediately. You may have to bring her in for an emergency C-section.

As for them being siblings. It could increase the risk for genetic defects, yes. However, this doesn't mean they will necessarily happen or be visible. The important thing is to have both cats spayed and neutered ASAP.

I know you're all into the birth now, as well you should be, but I just wanted to put it here for future reference, once things settle down. Good luck for now and let us know how she's doing.

Has she delivered all the placentas? Mother cats usually eat those - gross, I know but they contain nourishments which help them feed the kittens. It can be hard to know when they are finished, sometimes a kitten will arrive some hours later, and often the stomach is still hard a few hours after she is done. But if she seems content and is washing and suckling all the kittens, and there are no more contractions, it is likely she is finished. I love the colour of kitten number 2!

Ok so she has cleaned herself, and kept trying to move the babies, so I changed the sheet she was laying on does this mean she is done birthing?

the three babies
That is a reasonable guess.  Although no guaranties given.  Good you are observant.

And good you got adequate advices and comments, although I managed to not observe this thread, although I did patrolled...

Good luck!

Probably, but there could be a gap and then another one. It is impossible to tell. You just have to wait.
