7week old kittens

This is my Maximillion and last week he was constipated this week the constipation is off and on but his butt is red sore and swollen it kinda looks like when children have hernias on their stomach I'm making him an appointment at the nearest vet but I was curious to what could be causing him this discomfort :'(

Sorry no one responded yet.  Did you take him to his Vet appointment?  What did they say?  It's been literally YEARS since we've had young kittens in our house, and I don't recall ever having the kind of issue you described, so I don't have any answers for you, just hope everything is ok.

Taking him to the vet is the best thing you can do.  It is impossible to know what if anything is wrong without a vet visit.  The constipation on and off may be enough in and of itself to be causing redness and discomfort.

I hope the vet will have good answers for you!
