I am very thankful for the helpful comments I received very quickly to my first question. Great site! 

I have adopted kitties for over 20 years. I've had 5 cats the most at once and usually two. Right now, I have three since adopting a stray and the loss of my oldest (19!) and 10 year old (feline leukemia). I also have lost two to coyote (probably). 

My cats are my kids and true blessings. 

Black, short-hair kitties are the sweetest. I've had three of them (all male) and they were all Momma-boys! :-)

Hello and welcome to the site calikat.

 It is lovely to hear you have already found the site helpful.  I hope you will stay with us and share more of your fur family experience with other members.  I have never had more that 2 cats to cope with at any one time and have the utmost respect for anyone who can manage to serve more than that at any one time!  

I look forward to learning more about Cali, Tara and Tio, along with any other fur family you may adopt or care for, and hopefully some photographs too.
