Good morning and TGIF!

Easy question for you this morning....

Bath or shower?

I would love a nice long soak in the tub, complete with lots of bubbles. But there's never enough time and I can't tell you the last time I actually took a bath, let alone a leisurely soak. It's usually a shower before work in the morning. Rick would like to remove the bathtub completely and just install a shower stall.

What about you?

We don't have a bathtub, unfortunately, so we're forced to take showers all the time. I really miss having a bathtub, but the bathroom is simply too small for one.

Shower.  I have not done bath in few years. I do the same thing if I take a bath-take a fast shower after for rinse/hair washing.  I just feel I can not get clean doing only bath.

I also can't remember the last time I took a bath and I have a huge soaker tub.  I just take showers, easier and faster.

I like showers. :D

I find baths really boring. I get it all prepared with lots of bubbles and candles and after about 2 minutes of getting in, I'm sooo bored I want to get out again. :sleep2:

Also if I have a bath I have to have a shower afterwards because I don't feel clean. I hate the thought of sitting in my own dirt - not that I'm dirty LOL :lol3: I shower everyday I just don't get that same clean feeling from a bath than I do a shower. But maybe that's all in my mind :rotate:

Haven't taken a bath in years! just showers - and I shower in the evening and morning both. Like to feel clean and refreshed before bed, and still like to shower when I get up in the morning.

Showers mostly, quick and easy and can wash my hair.  Great for running hard and hot on painful shoulders or aching back when and where needed too.   Very occasionally I have a bath to relax but with Mouse around they're not that relaxing coz he parades around the edges and constantly looks like he's going to fall in.....

Do indoor cats need to be bathed?  I've had Molly for almost 3 years and never bathed her.  Had her bathed once and they said she didn't really need it. it!  (I have a prosthetic leg, & it would be difficult, anyway)

Showers as it's all I have.. or at least was all I had until I went into a frenzy of bath withdrawal last winter.

I bought a huge plastic storage container from the hardware store and put it in the laundry where I can fill it from an extendable mixer tap.

It will  fit me if I bend my knees and I can soak in it all the way up to my chin.. it's wonderful.  I add epsom salts and essential oils for a luxurious muscle melting experience..

Emptying is the issue, of course. I make sure the essential oils I use are garden friendly (rose geranium and sandalwood are a favourite) and empty the water in bucketfuls onto my plants.  They love the epsom salts, the oils help keep the bugs away, and I feel clean and so relaxed.

I love bubble baths, but unfortunately don't have enough time to bathe frequently nowadays. Whenever I do, Thalia and Ailise are always circling the outer edges of the bathtub and therefore my bath is not very "relaxing" as I'm having to constantly watch them to make sure they don't fall in and drown in the bubbles...

I also love my hot showers every day. Gives me some time to relax after a long day at work.
