Lumps around nose

Hi all
Just wanted to get some advice and opinions on my poor cat.
Over the last month Mitsy has had a couple of lumps appear around her nose. We took her to the vets who didn't know what they could be but said they look like rodent bites. Mitsy is an indoor cat and I'm confident we don't have a rodent problem so the vet gave her some medication.
The lumps look like they were going but now seam to have flared up again.
They now seam to be getting bigger. They don't weep any thing and I haven't seen them bleed but they do look like they scab up after a day or so of looking sore.
I've looked for some similar examples but couldn't really find any pictures of a similar nature. I've included a picture so let me know what you think or if any of you have seen this before

Billy, have you recently changed Misty's food? Does the vet think it might be a food allergy?

The vet couldn't tell us what it was but we haven't changed her food recently. We last changed it about a year ago! Do you think changing it might help?

Billy, I'm neither a vet nor a cat nutrition expert so I couldn't say. I mentioned it as a possibility to ask the vet.  I would check with the vet to see if a food allergy is a possibility before making changes in Mitsy's food. Another thought - could Mitsy possibly have been bitten by mosquitoes?   Hopefully you will soon see improvement from the medication Mitsy received. If the sores are worsening, I would certainly contact the vet.
