I just got 2 new babies!!!!

I am now the Proud mommy of 2 new little boys!! I am so excited!!! They are the cuties Grey and white tabbys they turn 8 wks old on monday and I got to pick them up yesterday! One is named Kitman and the other is named Blade. I only planned on getting one but once I saw both the cute little faces I had to take them both!!

Willow on the other hand isn't to happy But I am sure that with a little more time she will be playing and loving on them just like I am I just had to share with everyone that I got the boys! and as soon as I can I will try and get picks of all my babies up on the boards for all to see!

Ohh how exciting!!! They sound so cute! Cant wait to see pics Did you keep them separated from Willow? A slow introduction would probly be a good idea!

Actually I keep her apart from them for a few hours but since my palce is pretty small locking her in one area and the kittens in another just didn't seem fair to either her or the kittens.....I am going to put a little vanilla on the boys and on her and see if that will get her to be a little more nicer. not that she's being mean or anything. she just got them and me on ignore unless I am sleeping and the boys are in their carrier (I am keeping in the carrier while I sleep so they don't get under my stove). Today the littlest Blade one was exploring and happened upon willow's favorite hiding spot she hissed at him but he just kinda sat there and tilted his head from side to side looking at her kinda like he was saying......what's the matter with you? It was just sooo cute!!!!!

I was looking on petfinders.com and came across an ad for kittens in a town about an hour south of me. so I emailed the person and she was trying to get all of them in homes ASAP. that was about 3 weeks ago! so there was no way I was gonna take up that young! I figured 8 weeks would be a little better then 5 weeks! so I stalled her by telling her that my truck was in the shop that I couldn't come get one until my truck was fixed........So she waited for me. They are all eating both regular and wet food, are litter box trained and on Friday I will be taking them to the vet for their first check up. I have a few friends here that are interested in taking some of the other kittens but I am not telling the person I got them from until a few more weeks so the kittens get more time with momma cat. My boys seem to be doing pretty well tho! they eat well on their own, They clean themselves pretty good! and what one misses on himself the other gets for him it's soo cute to watch!!! you can tell they are brothers tho! they just LOVE to wrestle and play fight! and they are both really keen on attacking my toes!!! got a few teeth and claw marks from them on my big toe.

Anyway if there was some way I could have had them hold on to them a little longer I would have but it was a chore just to get them to hold them for the extra 3 weeks for me!! and I knew I wanted one of them! just didn't think I would end up with 2!!

Me too! the people I got them from already have 8 cats on top of the 7 kittens!! but I took 2 and they had one other person take one more so they are now left with 4 more kittens that need homes. So hopfully the people that I have asking about the kittens will actually take one or two for that matter
