Nashville Cat Rescue is ready to save even more lives of the neglected and unwanted cats in Middle Tennessee and we need your help! All donations are tax deductible. We do not have any paid staff and all funds directly benefit the cats!
This mobile adoption/transport unit will bridge a large gap in the number and "types" of cats we can help. We will be able to help more special needs, senior cats, FIV positive and cats that are typically turned away by most groups or immediately euthanized and get them into our program and safety.
NCR's unit will go on-site to do senior to senior adoptions at senior living facilities and allow us to take in cats that cannot be showcased in typical adoption centers due to their age, special diet, FIV positive status and get them one on one time with potential adopters.
Our Walk through unit will have a kitten play area, potential adopter visitation area, showcase cages and a transport area. We will be able to go to Animal Controls and take larger groups of cats that are about to be euthanized out of danger and into our program, take the unit to schools to do education on spay/neuter and responsible pet ownership, transport multiple cats to spay/neuter clinics and so much more!
This unit is the next step for Nashville Cat Rescue to continue to grow our mission and help many more of the unwanted and ofter forgotten felines in our community.
We have the down payment secured, but as you can imagine a vehicle of this type is very expensive and we need your help-more importantly the cats need your help and support. Please be a part of this project that will be priceless to the cats in our community. The total cost is over 60k.
We are looking for corporate sponsors to advertise in exchange for tax deductible donations (all donations are tax deductible and logged for tax letters). I have more images, layout, etc and am happy to speak with you and share all we have!
Please help us get this Unit to us as quickly as we can, no donation is too small and help us get to work saving even more lives. The kitties depend on us and it takes a village!
