Let's hear plans for celebrations, gifts, etc. Only two days away now.

As far as I know, we are not doing anything. I got my daughter a little chocolate treat. The ladies at my husbands work tell him that he has to get me something, but I don't care if he does.

We have cards for each other, but that's it. The cats picked out a card for him, too, and I'm sure they did one for me as well.  We're not doing anything special.

I have a card for my hubby. He always gives me one, sometimes with flowers or money. Sometimes we just go out for a special meal. However we haven't made any definite plans yet.

My husband sometimes sends me flowers which are always a nice surprise. I may talk him into going for chinese on Friday, but he always prefers to be at home after a long day ..

One thing is for sure, we love sitting by the woodstove on cold nights watching the fire with the cats curled around us. So (dinner out or not) we will likely end up doing this

We are doing our Valentine's Day Dinner tonight to avoid the crowds tomorrow. We will probably go Friday night for karaoke.

I snapped this pic recently of Thomas and Max at meal time, as they had their tails crossed. Another reminder of how tight these two cats are, and I thought appropriate given that Valentines Day was coming up. So thankful being both males, that they are such good friends.

I do love the black cat in this picture. Is he Max.

Beautiful kitties- what a great shot for Valentine's Day.

Just cards here as well. I’m also planning on (time and cats permitting) making a homemade strawberry cheesecake tonight or tomorrow morning.
And of course, extra cuddles with the kitties and a nice, peaceful day spent with DH.

We like to cook together, so we're looking through our Cooking Light magazines right now looking for something to cook for dinner tomorrow night.  Or I should say hubby's looking for recipes, while I'm obviously on TCS....

We'll make dinner and then probably sit by a fire with some champagne and dessert.  We don't always do anything for the holiday but it's a Friday night...  LOL

I have valentine cards for the kids and DH. Candy for DH and these cute little plastic buckets for the kids with some candies to put in them, plus stickers for DD and a little stuffed toy for DS.

We've had a lot of stuff going on and it's a busy time at work for DH; so no date planned.  We usually take it as an excuse to go out at some point in February.  I don't have many babysitter options; so we usually just go when my Mom and Step-dad are available to watch the kids.

Thanks. The black (and white cat) is Thomas, our little Tuxedo boy who came to us as a stray about a year and a half ago. He's such a sweetie.

Max is our 9+ year old brown tabby on the right  (and avatar pic). He's quite lovely too, but has always been a little more on the independent side, except when he's hungry of course

That sounds nice .. I remember the stickers for Valentines Day as a child. Always so pretty and it was fun to stick these on your cards and envelopes to give to friends and classmates .. Great memories!

I've never been able to get into Valentine's Day.  I bought little treats for the kids though and hubby and I are going to go out tomorrow and get some nice Valentine's Day flowers that are on clearance

I was wrong. Dear Richard gave me a choice....either dinner tonight or breakfast tomorrow. I chose breakfast on Saturday morning. We did exchange V-Day cards this morning and the cats gave us their cards, too.

If it snows tonight into tomorrow, and it's supposed to, I may make breakfast for us. We haven't decided yet.

Oneandahalfcats, I love that picture! Your cats get along very well.
