Since I read that blue buffalo is going to be sold I've decided it's time to switch. My original choice was Fromm's But I later decided it was too full of peas for my liking. Wysong epigen 90 seems to have petty awesome ingredients and it's also pretty expensive at $10 per 2lbs. Im kinda confused how this food is suitable for both cats and dogs? I ordered a few bags of it to have my kitties test out but would love some input from you all. Thanks

I used this when I was transitioning my cat to better food/timed meals/raw food. I think it is one of the best dry foods available along with Young Again Zero Carb and Ziwipeak.

ETA: oh, and I also feed this to my feral when it's too cold to leave wet food out.
Oh, and most foods suitable for cats are fine for dogs, but most foods for dogs are not good enough for cats. Cats have narrower nutritional requirements.

Thank you I needed a little reassurance. Switching food always scares me. I will also check out the other ones you mentioned as I've only tried the Ziwipeak wet and none of my cats would touch it.

My cats didn't like it and it made my boss's Sphynx vomit all the time. It's a good quality food, I hope your cats are less picky.

I have this too (the Epigen 90) for emergencies.  My cats don't really like it and will only pick at it

@freakNpink    I am feeding my 2 cats Wysong Epigen 90  mixed with Evo Cat & Kitten ..  I hope to transition to just the Epigen 90  but they would not eat it at first

so I mix it 1/2 & 1/2 with the Evo and the eat every bite ..

I think both foods are excellent and my cats are doing well ... No vomiting or  litterbox issues ..

How are your cats doing on the Epigen ?
