Anyone know about AST, ALT, GGT, ALP etc. values in bloodwork?

I am just finally setting down to understanding how to interpret liver-related values on feline bloodwork. I am actually surprised that despite having an expensive appointment with an internal medicine specialist, they did not review her ultrasound or review the bloodwork in a thorough manner. So I am trying to figure this out on my own.

My kitty has a number of problems on ultrasound, and I am trying to interpret her bloodwork in light of this. Considering the ultrasound results showing triaditis (liver/pancreas etc. issues), her liver-related values don't seem that bad to me. I find this surprising.

Her AST is middle of normal range

Her ALT is mildly elevated (normal range is 10-100) but almost normal

Her ALK is middle of normal range

Her GGT is just a few points above normal range (normal range is 1-10)

Her bilirubin is low to middle of normal range

I'd be curious to hear about what kinds of liver values other people have had on their bloodwork to give me some comparisons to my kitty's results etc. So please educate me about liver values on bloodwork.

When my kitty had cholangiohepatitis and fatty liver the main number that the vet looked at was the ALT.  His went up to 1200, normal is 100 or less.  ALT measures an enzyme that liver cells release when they die.  His bilirubin was high but I don't remember the number and the vet was always emphasizing the ALT.  A high bilirubin is what causes the jaundice color.

If things can go up to 1000s for the ALT, then the ALT value of about 118 or so is really quite minor it might seem. Interesting.
