FirstMate canned food

Is there anyone here who buys these for their cats? It seems a good brand in that it's BPA and carrageenan free. I know some people are concerned about the potatoes in there. It seems there's so much crap in pet food that I guess I'll just have to settle for the least of all the evils. What do folks here think of this brand?

I'd never heard of this food until you posted this.  Probably only sold in Canada ?  Anyway, other than the potatoes, sounds like a great food.  Why or why do they think cats need protein from potatoes?  They even make a point of saying it like it's a good thing .  But carrageenan free is definitely good

I do feed Firstmate Turkey, Chicken. Though it has potatoe but % pretty low and you can write to the company to confirm the carb % which is at 6.8%. I like that its carageenan and gum free and made in Canada.
