  1. My baby girl is pregnant but I don't know how far she is...she is an indoor cat but she got away 2xs and she got pregnant. Now my question is this..is it bad for her to be throwing herself from high places to the floor or jumping from one place to another?

Also when will I be able to feel the babies? She is very overprotective with her belly but she lets only me rubb on it and give it kisses...she is acting so needy..she wants to be on me all the time..I'm going back to work on Tuesday and I'm afraid she will feel abandoned...what should I do?

I feel so bad..but I've been out of work for 3 months and I need to work. ; ( Any suggestions?

    Thank you:rub:

When they have 2 weeks left, you can usually feel the kittens move.  Sometimes a little earlier, if you are good with feeling and some palpating.

Before it, you can feel the fetuses being there if you are good at palpating.  Few of everyday cat owners are.

Re the jumping?  Its not  [edit mistyping,] our main recommendation, but it shouldnt be dangerous if she is healthy and used to jump and "throw herself" from earlier..  Pregnancy isnt no sickedness.  Women in sports are allowed to proceed to train and usually even compete, at least if their sport is no full contact fighting sport or similiar.   Its even better for cats, being four legged and made for jumping and rushing in full speed as soon it is appropriate / necessary.  Saving her life with it even as high preg.

Re your leaving her.   What you must do, so you must do.  You being unwell or needing work and not having work, is not helping her either.    It is good if you are with her at the delivery.  she hopefully waits on you with the self delivery till you are back from work.  They can postpone delivery in some measure.  Hey, they can even wait with dying till their beloved owner is back... Alike the old dog of Odysseus did."Already the old Graecians wrote about it"!

If you do afford with a Feliway adapter, you can put it on, so she will feel calmer when you are away to work.

If you dont afford, try with having relaxing, calm music on. Classical harp music is best.  Mozart is good.  but almost any should work.    Look in our Stray and Ferale forum, there are threads about such music.

I shall paste in some links for delivery etc, and lower down, some links how to find cheap spaying, when the kittens are weaned and its time for spaying.   Also, I think most of these cheap spaying clinics may also do  other vet treatments, cheaper than your average fashionable full payment vet clinic.

Please, continue with reports and questions.    :)

Good luck!

My son things im crazy..lol.. I have an 18 yr old son at home and he loves animals but she is just wanting to be with me.
