Had ultrasound on both legs today. No blockage, no blood clot. Just plain old Sciatica, which has gotten a bit worse. Need to keep exercising, WALK

Well that's good-ish news! Sciatica is a pain though. It hits me off and on since my first was born. Sometimes it can be REALLY uncomfortable.
