I have read on here that some people have tried Pancreatic enzymes and/or Vitamin B12 with biotin on their cats who are losing weight and have not been diagnosed by the vet. They suspect malabsorption and possibly intestinal issues but they are not diagnosed by a vet. Where can I get those and is it safe to try them on my sick kitty?

I would start with a trip to the vet, a thorough check up and blood work.
