Well it looks like the board magic worked again, he's still employed. The only good thing is this really lit a fire under him to get a new job yippi. Thanks everyone.

Great news!

After all of us got laid off at my company that's exactly what happened there too. Everyone left there is now looking for a new job. And several key people have left already.
