She was making funny noise early this morn too! Yes I'm worried about her not coping and running with kitty hanging out. Let's hope they have calm Labour x

Now you've got to hear the rest of the story! Annie was dumped at our place, pregnant, 1 year before. We didn't know if she was a neighbors cat or what, but took pity on her and fed her. She had 5 kittens in October, kept them in our garage all winter. Were not living there at the time, remodeling  the house, but living 70 miles away, so she was pretty much on her own. We set up a feeding station. 5 months later in March she had 5 more in the pump house. That's where we got our Casper. We moved there then, decided she was going to be our cat after all, and the kittens were only 4 weeks old when I noticed she was getting bigger, a LOT bigger! Pregnant again!!! I didn't even get a CHANCE to spay her! Well, that's when she had the 7 and needless to say I had her spayed when the kittens were only 6 weeks old (keeping her inside) She still nursed fine and everything. I just wanted to make sure that the kittens could eat on their own if they had to. She had 17 kittens in a year! THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE CATS SPAYED!!!
Needless to say I'm a firm believer in spaying! Thank goodness I did find homes for all of them

When my cat
Im almost positive my precious girl will have her kittens any day now. She is showing most signs nesting, licking herself ect. she is absolutely huge and the kittens are really sticking out but she is still eating LOADS and usually if labour is close they eat little or nothing at all. Has anybody experienced a pregnant cat that was still eating right up until labour began?
Thankyou very much in advance for your comments :).
when my cat had her kittens, she had been eating right before, then had fallen asleep on our couch. She woke up with her stomache contracting, where we then moved her to a peaceful area where she gave birth to 3 beautiful healthy kittens :-)

Masterofcrime- She hasnt eaten today, just drank a little water. She has been in my wardrobe all day, led on her back..she keeps stretching her legs out and she is actually letting me stroke her belly..she never usually lets me. Any time now I think :)

I think she has another! I work full time and I was worried she would do it when I was at work, So glad she waited till the weekend. Im going to take them all to the vets tomorrow just to have them all weighed and checked over although they all look healthy to me! They are already fighting for milk!!
