Yep it's me with another kitty with issues LMBO.  So Mini Dee has been peeing on blankets, beds, couches for a while now.  I had her checked out today and she has a chronic low grade bladder infection so she is going on clavamox for 10 days.  The vet wants to put her on c/d, but I really would rather not as I'm not a fan of the ingredients.  I would put her on canned but she detests it no matter what I do the most she will do is like it maybe once or twice.  So any options for her diet?  Anything else I should do?  Her pH was 7.0 and her urine was super concentrated it was over 1.040, and that was with only holding it maybe 4 hours as she peed before they could get a sample.

I know stress is a big factor  in cats getting this type of thing, and with everything happening with your other cats' lives right now,  she is probably picking up on not only their stress, but yours
.  AND, she's got her own issue, too, doesn't she.  I forget what it's called, but she's the one with the "balance issues" right.

Isn't that why you think she doesn't like wet food, because she falls into her food sometimes?

But I still wonder if you found something she really liked if she would just groom herself well if she DID fall in?  Have you tried these transitioning tricks?  LDG wrote them!  http://www.thecatsite.com/a/transit...-to-a-new-type-of-food-canned-raw-or-homemade

Here's another one she wrote on tips to get your cat to drink more water, another important thing for cats to do with this health issue:  http://www.thecatsite.com/a/tips-to-increase-your-cat-s-water-intake

It sounds like you maybe already know this site, but as I was discussing it with someone yesterday, it is fresh in my mind.  And from that reading, I remembered from my past brush with a possible Kato UTI, that vets seem to assume  UTI without doing the culture and sensitivity test...so do you know it is definitely an infection?  It has been there before? (chronic)  And yes, as Mrsgreenjeens says, stress plays a big part (so if the antibiotics are not needed and stressful to administer, it makes better sense to reduce the stress and not give unneeded drugs), as do food choices - wet foods do save lives!

I hope you can find some ways and means.

The funny thing is that she is not a stressed out kitty in the least bit, she takes everything in stride (at least that I've noticed) .  She was literally plopping over and purring and acting cute in the cage at the vet.  So she doesn't get stressed out.  She gets maybe 2-3 infections a year.  They did the urine tests (strip and microscope) and she has WBC's in her urine but just +1 so it's not raging or severe, but she was also on 10 days of Clindamycin for her mouth so that may have knocked it down some to where it's at now.  If this doesn't clear up we will do a culture.
