Good morning and TGIF!   Can you believe we're at the end of January already??

What's your favorite dunking cookie? And what do you dunk your cookie in?

Rick dunks everything; cookies, cake, even bites of pie. He'll dunk in milk, but if milk isn't on hand, he's not adverse to dunking his cookies into iced tea or even iced coffee. I'm not a big dunker. But sometimes I do like to dunk a brown sugar-cinnamon biscotti into hot tea or hot coffee. The taste of the cinnamon and the sweetness of the brown sugar really add to hot tea.

What cookie do you like to dunk?

McVities chocolate digestives, or ginger snaps!

Almond/amaretto biscotti in coffee.

I dunk most cookies in coffee or tea.  My fav cookies to dunk are shortbread.

I don't dunk, but I love chocolate chip cookies, homemade of course! My husband makes up for my lack, he dunks all his cookies in a glass of milk, which grosses me out to empty it of the soggy mess on the bottom!

Vanilla oreo or macadamia cookies dunked in tea.

I love dunkin all biscuits but my fave are chocolate Hob-Nobs, custard creams and Jaffa cakes. And I'll dunk them in tea, coffee or ice cold milk.

For dunking; it must be Oreo's with COLD milk!  Mmmmm! 

They are not allowed in my house because I cannot control myself with them...

Lorna Doone's shortbread cookies. Haven't had them in a long, long time, but your post just made me add it to the next shopping list. They're kind of high-priced, but I love them.

I'll dunk anything, too (ugh, dry pastry :lol3, and if I can't dunk I'll pour it over the top (coffee over apple pie is good!). So I dunno if I have a favorite for dunking. But my favorite kind of cookie is a salty-sweet chocolate chip. Also oatmeal raisin.
