Is one male one female?

I love them too death but the little tiny grey one will not be a year until Easter Sunday in 2014 and had already started her first heat a couple weeks ago. Then for about 2 days she stopped then after the 2 days she started right back up again!!!! Last night I caught my neutered male cat for the first time EVER since her first heat and it looked like he was mounting her but I was led to this site that I just joined"YAY" and found a little info about it but I want to know if anyone knows if he is actually doing the dirty deed or is he just doing the motion????? He never showed ass ny interest when she, whom still looks like a tiny full grown kitten,started and during her whole in heat process. So why would he show interest now???? Someone PLEASE help me!!!!!!

Replying to my previous long story for help, I just wanted to clear up the part where I accidentally wrote "he never showed ass ny interest". Lol. I'm using my phone to type this and I meant he never showed any interest!!! Please except my apologies!!!

I think that if a male cat is neutered he still can do the deed with no seed

I want to welcome you and confess to total ignorance of what to say on the question you have but I am sure that someone here can give you an answer.  The logic of the situation would say that there would be no kittens but whether they can do anything else I do not know.
