What do you mean by being sick? Just vomiting? Vomiting and diarrhea? What are the symptoms? Did she vomit food or just liquid? Color?

What were you feeding her and what did you change her to? Exact names please and whether they are dry or wet foods.

A one-time vomit may be from the food or eating too fast. If she is continuing to vomit, there is something more serious going on and needs to see a vet, especially with her pregnancy.

You mean you changed it straight from adult food to kitten food ? You didn't do the change over gradually ?

Any change in food MUST be done gradually over the course of at least a week !

Yeah, some cats have stomach almost as iron, and you can change almost anyhow.  Some others are quite sensitive. Most are somewhere inbetween...   So a gradually change is always advisable if you arent sure.

Earlier you mentioned kitty milk.  What sort exactly?

A good alternative is goat milk, if you can get it. Costs more, but renown to be mild, can even be used for small kittens if you dont have  kmr.

Good luck!

I suspect other kitten milks are better.   The brand KMR is renown, royal canin has a good kmr for kittens, Beaphar is OK.  there is a sort in Great Britain which is based on goat milk.  It should be really good.  I dont remember its brand-name, sorry.

Im talking talking here for  mother milk subsitutes for orphaned small kittens, the so called "kmr".  Which are also useful if you want to give the mom extra nourishment, or give extra to a kitten with mom,  but who needs supplementary feeding.

There are also commercial made low lactose milk for (adult). cats.  Whiskas has one such.  Possibly this here by Bob Martin is too such a one.   While this product is OK and surely one of their better products, its not necessary for the cat.  And costs money.

IF you want to give an adult cat  milk,  plain unsweetened youghurt is better.  Goat milk is excellent.  Even common, low lactose milk is better, its cheaper at least.  Be sure it full fat, low lactose - should do OK.

The proceeding is, if she is healthy and gets first rate nourishment, so adding milk or milk products as extra isnt necessary.   But of course, if she isnt healthy (being a ex-stray), or she does needs supplements, yes, suitable milk products are the first coming into mind.    :)

Egg yolk is the second.    :)

Good luck!
