Hi, I have a 4 year old male cat. The last few days his eyes ,one more than the other, has been very waterery and starting this morning his third eye on the eye that looked worse won't go back when he opens his eyes. He isn't acting sick ,he's still eating and drinking. Is there some reasons why and is it something that can be really bad?

That is a pretty sure sign he IS sick, unless he has somehow injured his eye.  In any case, it probably requires a vet visit.  That is one symptom of a feline herpes flareup, and there are a lot of threads on here about preventing/treating that with L-lysine.

I would also say to schedule a vet visit. This way, you can nip anything in the bud, or get a jump on treatment, asap.
