Was it given by the vet for you to use on the cat? If not, then no, please do not use it. Some medications are not designed for cats and can cause more harm than good, sometimes seriously and on top of that I would be very wary as the kittens are so young. How long has the sinus infection been going on? Perhaps go to the vet to get an antibiotic that is safe for them to use.  Good luck to your kitties.

I have found taking them into the bathroom shutting the door and putting the shower on better than a humidifier because It only takes a couple minutes per treatment, it won't do anything for an infection though . When mine had an upper respiratory infection she was not active at all, visibly had trouble breathing and was crusty on the eyes and nose. Not every sneeze is an infection but since they are kittens I probably wouldn't wait too long before you visit a vet. A vet once told me if they sneeze in rapid succession one after the other that is a tell tale sign of infection. I'm not sure how that is but In my experience looking back that probably is true. Good luck with them.

You can try using saline nose drops, such as Little Noses, in their noses to help clear things out.   I would not give them any medications unless you've talked to your vet.  You can steam them in the bathroom every couple of hours.  Be sure to wrap them in a towel when you come out so they don't catch a chill.  Also, be sure they are eating, by syringe if necessary.
