How to feed fat kitten?

Hello everyone. I need help. My kitten getting fat. I think he's overweight. Don't know how to control his food. Right now he eats his brother food. Royal canin adult fit. He doesn't want his kitten kibbles. I also give them pussie cat wet food grain free and brewer yeast. I know if I give the brewer yeast,they want to eat all the time. Should I stop giving him brewer yeast? And how can I control his food? One more thing, I need to know about pussie cat wet food. Are they good or not? His brother is getting fat but not as much as him. He's get overweight after I neutered him. Please help.

I'm asking for your post to be separated out into it's own thread, that way you'll get your own answers.  As to the Brewers Yeast, I don't know why you would want to add that to a cat's food...I don't see any purpose to it. And I am not familiar with Possie Cat wet food, but if it's grain free, that is good.  (I googled it and nothing came up) 

How old is the kitten, how much does he weight?

thank you for reply. you can google it. pussie cat premium canned food.i dont know how much his weight is. end of this month,i will bring him to vet for deworm. its just that i read about dry food n wet food. they say wet food it much better. both my cat are indoor cats. and both have been neuter. i know that they can get overweight. thats why i need to know which kind of food should i feed him so that i can control his weight? about brewers yeast, my friends told me to give them.not in their food but straight to their mouth. like giving them medication. they say can reduce shedding and no more flea. it okay right if my kitten eats adult food..hopefully you guys can help me with this situation. im losing my mind because dont know about good food for my cat. about feeding,i give 1 small cup kibbles everyday to each one of them. and wet food 3 times in 1 week.
